What does the timeline look like for my order?

Once payment is made, and the information is sent you can expect to receive a draft(s) within 2-5 business days. After that, the client will have 7 days to reply with additional information and our writers will then complete the final draft(s) within 48-72 hours. We do offer unlimited revisions to ensure our clients are completely satisfied! (Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving documents and will be returned within 48 hours).

What is your refund policy?

We continuously strive to meet and exceed client’s expectations and will extend our revision policy if not 100% satisfied. Should the revisions still not align with what you set out for, we will refund the total cost. (Refunds requests must be submitted before non-copyrighted/final version is released).

The Executive: Professionals with 15+ years of work experience (Directors, VP’s, Senior Managers, and Presidents).

Will my resume be ATS compliant?

Yes! 100% of our resumes are ATS-compliant and are run through the scanning software prior to being released to the client as a final draft.

What if I have not received any feedback from potential employers?
