What is The Resume Supply Co?

The Resume Supply Co has been creating world-class resumes for over 10 years in alignment with National Resume Writers Association guidelines and standards. During this time, we have developed a customer-friendly, easy-to-use system that has been proven effective time and time again.

Who will be writing my resume?

All of our resumes go through the owner/lead writer, Ashley. She possesses over 10 years of success, helping clients of all levels and backgrounds secure their dream jobs.

How can you offer unlimited revisions?

We put client satisfaction as our number one priority. Most services only offer 1-2 revisions leaving many clients unhappy with their service. We strive to provide the best!

How do I know which level to select?

In keeping with our mission to deliver a customer-friendly, easy-to-use service we have taken our time to pare down the options to just 3 categories.

The Starter: 1 Page.  Recent graduates or professionals with 0-4 years work experience (includes internships and first jobs) as well as Military personnel (officers seeking civil employment).  Includes a one-page resume, two roles max (high school jobs, internships).

The Pro: 1 Page.  Mid-level professionals with 5-14 years of work experience (excludes Directors, Senior Managers, VP’s, and Presidents) as well as Federal personnel (civil seeking Federal or Federal advancement).

The Leader: 1-2 Pages.  Professionals with 15+ years of work experience (excludes Directors, VP’s, Senior Managers, and Presidents).  This package should be selected for anyone with senior-level or higher positions regardless of years of experience.

All formatting will be decided by writer unless requested specifically by the client. We only use ATS-compliant formats and keep our resumes at a 2-page maximum for optimum scanning and readability.


Will my resume be ATS-compliant?

Yes! 100% of our resumes are ATS-compliant and are run through the scanning software prior to being released to the client as a final draft.

What does the timeline look like for my order?

Once payment is made, and the information is sent you can expect to receive a draft(s) within 2-5 business days. After that, the client will have 7 days to reply with additional information and our writers will then complete the final draft(s) within 48-72 hours. We do offer unlimited revisions to ensure our clients are completely satisfied! (Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving documents and will be returned within 48 hours).

What is your guarantee policy?

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all resumes. Should you not receive any invitations to job interviews within the 30-day timeframe we will revise at no cost to you! We always strive to provide extraordinary service on every interaction and encourage clients to provide feedback and let us know where we can improve to ensure we maintain a 5-star rating and continuously leave a lasting impression!

What if I have not received any feedback from potential employers?

While we are proud to say it’s rare this happens, we do offer a 30-day guarantee just in case! If you do not receive any invitations to job interviews within 30-days of receiving your final document(s) we will revise at no cost to you!

How can you guarantee privacy?

From payment to contact and personal information we have you covered! We promise to never disclose our client’s information to any third party. You are safe with us!

What is your refund policy?

We continuously strive to meet and exceed client’s expectations and will extend our revision policy if not 100% satisfied. Should the revisions still not align with what you set out for, we will refund the total cost. (Refunds requests must be submitted before non-copyrighted/final version is released and within 5 days of purchase).
